What if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?
We’re sorry for the inconvenience! If your item arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we’ll make it right.

Do you offer gift packaging or notes?
Currently, we do not offer gift packaging. However, many of our products come in neat, gift-friendly packaging by default. We plan to introduce custom notes and wrapping in the near future.
